Esperimenti con Intel Galileo

Io senza la console non riesco a stare.

La Galileo ha una porta seriale con il connettore jack stereo 3.5mm (chissa' quanti ci attaccheranno le cuffie!)

Se volete attaccarla alla porta seriale del vostro PC lo schema e'

Without a console terminal I cannot survive.

Galileo board has a serial port which uses a stereo 3.5 jack connection (I guess that a lot of people will try to connect a headphone there!)

If you want to connect your PC to that (strange) serial port, here is the schematics of the cable you need.

Con il comando: / If you type:

 screen /dev/ttyS0 115200

avete la console, vedete il boot del linux su firmware e potete fare login come root senza password./ you'll have access to the Galileo's console, you'll see the boot messages and you'll be able to login as root, no password is required.
